Refunds

Contact tmslsoccer@gmail.com and tmslpayment@gmail.com with the following information:

– Team name
– Registered player’s full name
– Payment method (PayPal, check, or cash)
– Full name of person who paid
– Address of person who paid
– Phone number of person who paid

All refunds are based on game eligibility (not on the word of the player or team rep that the player never played a game).

The deadline to be marked as not registered and ineligible to play in the next game is Wed 7pm.

 
 
Here are more details about refunds:
A refund of paid registration fees may be requested for a withdrawing player. A withdrawing player loses $20 (ASSA related expenses) and will be assessed $5 per scheduled match as of the date of the refund request. The aforementioned $20 fee and $5 per match fee will be assessed whether or not the withdrawing player has participated in a scheduled match. Remaining funds will be issued to the withdrawing player or the person who submitted the registration fee for that player.

No refund request will be accepted or considered after January 1, for the Fall/Winter Season.

No refund request will be accepted or considered after the first week of the Summer Season.

The transfer or credit of one player’s fees toward the Registration Fees of another or new player is not allowed.
